Getting Ready For Christmas?
Webteam: 28th September 2015 2:41pm
Christmas is not that far away and if you are looking for the chance to get gifts this year then watch out for the opportunities across the Chester and Delamere Forest Circuit. There are Craft Fairs and Christmas Fairs as well as a Christmas Tree Festival that may provide you with the chance to buy something a little different. Or just come along and make a start to getting into a Christmas frame of mind.
Start with Saturday 31st October at Tarvin Methodist Church (CH3 8EE). There will be 17 stalls selling quality home crafted items of all sorts — something for everyone!. There will also be refreshments — including bacon baps — and free admission.
Saturday 7th November is the Christmas Fayre at Saltney Methodist Church (CH4 8SQ). Here there will be many and varied stalls with refreshments. 10am — 12noon
Saturday 7th November also sees the 'Meet the Craft Maker' Fair at Frodsham Methodist Church (WA6 6BA) between 10am and 3pm. There will be crafts, stalls, demonstrations, children's activities and lots more.
Saturday 14th November 10am — 4pm is the Christmas Craft Fair at Saughall Methodist Church (CH1 6EP).
Finally, over the weekend of the 5th and 6th December a Christmas Tree Festival will be held at Hoole Methodist Church (CH2 3JG). If you would like to decorate a tree contact John Evans by emailing him on firstname.lastname@example.org
